Needed this to power a work laptop while traveling. The included tips worked for the HP EliteBook. An older universal laptop charger that was never used and included larger number of charging tips did not fit. It seems that PC manufacturers "upgrade" their power connection slots rendering them incompatible with older charging and power adapters. This one is reasonably sized to carry in a travel laptop bag or keep at a home office, and will power several laptop brands with no difficulty.

I misplaced my original power adaptor and didn't have time to order one online and wait, so I stopped in my local store. Unfortunately the 1st one I was sent home with didn't work with my computer, so back into the store -with my computer- that evening. Staff members were unable to locate one that would work with my computer even though I had just recently purchased it from that store. Finally this Insignia™ - AC Laptop Power Adapter in an open box (it had been returned) was brought to me. It was more expensive that the one I was bringing back, but I was relieved to find one so I paid the difference. It has worked well and charged my computer quickly. Aside from the price, I have been happy with it.

Lots of adapters included to fit all types of laptops and their sorted size inputs. This universal approach make it Easy for consumer to charge any laptop from old to new. I was very pleased with my purchase.

Met my needs and is a very fast charger! I would recommend, fits a variety. I should have purchased the one with a longer cord, though.

The adapter went on my 7 year old laptop. Fearing the worst I went to Best Buy to try and find a replacement. Found this sweet little treasure. Price was great and it comes with several adapters compatible with nearly any laptop. Highly recommend.

This power suply comes with interchangeable power plugs that can be used in different machines. Because of this when the supply is pluged in it will rotate and this prevents breaking the copmponent plug at the stress point. Great Idea and a very good price.

I got this as an open box item so it was discounted but even at full price it is worth it.

Great product, worked very well and was worth buying.

The cord at the connector that plugs into the laptop has a 90-degree angle, which reduces accidental disconnection of the power cord. The original power cord for the laptop (Toshiba) did not have that design, so the old cord would easily disconnect without my knowledge. That depleted the battery at inconvenient times, until I learned to check the connection periodically. The angle also reduces wear on the cord near the connector, and the angle is encased in a protective housing. I had to replace the old cord because that spot was badly worn, exposing copper, even though my laptop isn't very old. So the simple angle design with reinforced housing at the vulnerable end of the power cord is a very effective improvement and shows attention to user needs.

I bought this for my HP laptop and it fits so well and works really good. I love it.

I didn’t know if this was going to work for each of the 3 laptops I own. I was surprised when it did. The changeable tips are easy to change and they fit almost every laptop.

Great universal replacement cord. Not expensive!!!

This multi-device replacement cord has worked perfectly with every device I have used it with. I primarily use it for my Asus laptop but have used other connectors for an HP and a Toshiba laptop with the same ease of use and excellent performance.

I have two laptops that I carry with me as I'm a field service engineer. Even though they are both Lenovos, they have different power connectors. Now I just need to carry one power charger for both. And I can leave the other in my home office.

Purchased this because I lost my original cord. I have nothing negative to say. It works great. Came with numerous adapters which was a huge plus. I purchased this about a month ago. Would recommend it.

Works as needed plus added connectors for use by other needs

I have 2 laptops, both less than 2 years old, that I use for business. Unfortunately the charger plugs are 2 different sizes even though their outputs are the same. Now I only have to carry 1 charger in my briefcase and not two.

Laptop power supply was misplaced during move. Given the non-standardized use of adapters, I was concerned about finding the correct replacement. Six different types were provided with supply, including the correct one for my laptop. Works like a charm.

This was a super buy. This is my charger traveling set. I have nubs for multiple laptops that travel with me on the road. The number of cords in my on the go tech bag have been considerably reduced.

I needed to recharge my laptop after the existing charger went dead. Stopped in Best Buy and picked this up. My laptop was back in business right away, and for a lot less money than ordering the OEM charger. Works great!
