I accidentally broke my HP charger cord and power pack. The staff at BB pointed out this universal unit that saved me lots of money.

Adapter worked as advertised, and a decent price. Cheap investment for any lost/forgotten power adapter.

My husband packed the computer bag with everything computer related inside for a vacation in Michigan. When we stopped overnight at a hotel along the way, we discovered that the Dell power adapter was left at home. We checked online for a miracle cure and found that a Best Buy was 5 miles away with exactly what we needed. We were the first customers there the next morning and were greeted at the door by the manager. We were able to buy the replacement power adapter and get back on the road within 10 minutes. Great work, Best Buy!!

This is multiple charger. It has five different pins. It can be used for charging many other laptops like apple , dell etc.

Product purchased to replace oem charger that died.Connections are tight. Unit charges just as well as the orm.

Having a problem with quality of adaptors for my Dell laptop that's about 4 years old or so. This is the 2nd adaptor I've bought at Best Buy and it seems to working okay (the connector wiring separates from the connector female pin. Needs sturdy cords. This one is working for now (the store sales person said it may not fit, but it did). It has several female connector pins to plugto the laptop. I don't know how long it will last, hopefully longer than a year for $40.

I love this charger. It works really well and the fact that it has capability for different devices is pretty cool!

I am glad that this universal adapter was available. Just plug it in and my daughter was ready to roll again. Dog chewed up the old one.
