The unit works great. Had to make sure that the package had the correct adapter in it for my unit, and it did. Works just as good as the original from the manufacturer.

Really helpful to have in an office where I might have to use multiple computers. Saves time not having to run to find the right battery charger. Just switch out the adaptor and you are ready to go!

Compatible which makes it great if you have multiple laptops like myself. Makes it easy to travel rather than taking multiple chargers. I got an open. Box price, figured why not, and I love it!

This adapter is still used regularly and gets moved around frequently. No problems or complaints at all, it does exactly what it’s needed to do.

So this universal charger works great on "basic" laptops. Low to mid-end ones that don't consume a ton on power. If you have a "gaming" laptop, this will NOT get the job done while you're doing intensive gaming as there is not enough power output during gametime. Otherwise, works great and is compatible with the most common manufacturers. Cables are long so you'll have enough length to reach the outlet. Only 4 stars though because it's not truly universal with powerful, beefy laptops, but not everyone has one of those.

I had left the power supply for my work laptop at the office on a Friday afternoon. With a blizzard fast approaching, and no power brick, I ran to BestBuy, hoping they'd have something. They showed me this adapter set, and I was on my way again before the snow starting flying (too heavily)! Works great, and I love that there are different tips to match different devices. Since I paid for this -- and not my company! -- it's mine. I've already used it on other devices that needed charging, not just my laptop. BB saved the day with this!

This is a good product so you don't have to buy the original which is more money. It also has other inputs tips in case you need it for another laptop.

Has various adapters that's a plus can charge multiple types of laptops. Decent product for the cost. No complaints overall good product.

My recommendation would be to buy the open box item - it comes with Best Buy condition status which tells you the exact condition of the product and you can save a lot of money compared to the new one. I saved $12 buying the open box version of this charger and the best part is that you still get the original manufacturers warranty with the product (3 years in this charger's case). It has been holding up well for the past month or so with moderate use. Feels solid compared to other chargers that cost $5 and stop working in 7 days. This is the cheapest and best alternative out there if you want to buy the product from a reliable source such as Best Buy.

It is larger and heavier than the factory supplied Lenovo one but this adapter will fit any of my or friend's computers in the case of emergency
