This is a total lifesaver. I left my power cord at home for my laptop and printer. This unit took care of both.

Charger worked great for out Toshiba. Doesn't fit snug like OE charger but it powered right up.

This is a good substitute when you cannot buy the product from the manufacturer. The key is the various tips. It would be great if the Computer manufacturer would standardize the connection to the computer.

The product itself is very good, but there is a major disconnect with the tips provided and their ability to provide a different one. The package states "Universal Charger", but they do not supply a tip for a Toshiba laptop. The only disclaimer on the packaging is that this will not work with Apple products, but the tips supplied do not fit Toshiba. I called the customer service number immediately and after talking with the technician from Insignia they were able to figure out which tip should work. They also said it would take four or five business days to receive it (!). Since the usual reason for buying this product is that your existing charger is not working, four or five days is not good. I did not receive any communications from them for one week, so called again, and this time found out that the product had shipped and was given a tracking number. This showed that the shipment had only been made the day before (so much for the "4 to 5 business days to receive it). I finally received the new tip two weeks after the initial call (Tip 41 for a Satellite). Again, the product is good, but they do not include the tips that would make this truly "Universal".

Works as advertised. No difficulty at all fitting the right connection for Dell Laptop. Good value for the price.

This charger does more then it's share to charge many different laptops and less expensive then buying a new charger direct

This item made me so happy !!!When I discovered my dog chewed up my charger for my new laptop and I had lost the charger for my old laptop with many things I needed to transfer over I thought it was a total loss! Best Buy had this multi adapter charger and BAZINGA...Back in business! :) Sincerely, One happy lady
