I ended up returning this product because the sales associate didn't help me very well and it did not work with my laptop. I needed a 120W cord and this is a 90W. It looked good and it was nice that it came with a variety of plugs so it can be almost universal.

I would have given 5 stars but I received the wrong one and had wait on hold for 30 minites. I shop BB pretty regularly soo I was surprised. It's a very good store

I flew across the country and forgot my laptop power cable. This was enough to either power the laptop or charge the battery, but not both; as long as you turn off the computer when you aren't using it, it'll charge up and you'll be fine.

After loosing the original power adapter for my HP Envy X360 and not being able to get a new power adapter in time, I took a chance with this one and so far it is working out great.

I found myself in Phoenix without a power cord for my laptop computer. This meant that I could not work and I felt really disconnected from my office. I knew that there was one place that I go that would certainly have the component that I needed at a reasonable price. So, I went to Best Buy.

My son is away at college and his adapter stopped working for his laptop. When I went to purchase a new one, the man that helped me at Best Buy knew exactly what I needed. Within 10 minutes I was out of the store with the appropriate adapter for my son. Thanks for the good, quick help!

I bought this to replace my kids adapter for their Asus laptop. They have already damaged the Asus adapter and my Toshiba. They are having trouble getting it to work in the Asus, but that might be due to how rough my 12 year old is with their laptop.

Kind of loose for Dell Laptop. Had to replaced with the original charger. But it will work for temporary.

Does what its supposed to do. Multiple tip made the purchase easy. The connector plug to the computer is better designed and stronger then others I have owned. The cord does not flex as much which is what caused my other adapter cord to fray and break at the computer.

I bought this cord for my old Dell laptop to try to power it up to see if it would work and the laptop did turn on but honestly this cord falls out of the laptop easily if you even move it slightly and then my laptop shuts off.

I bought this as a backup for my work PC since the original was staying plugged into the dock. I was able to use the additional connectors to charge a Chromebook and and a few different windows laptops. Without doing timed testing the charge time seemed about the same as it would for the OEM charger.

Still did not have the size I needed and I ended up going online. I did use it without issue on another system.

Good product and works well. Wish it had storage for the individual adapters.

When I got home with this unit I quickly discovered that it did not come with the one adapter my computer needed. I contacted Insignia and they mailed me the correct adapter in about a week. Other than this problem, it seems to be working fine.

This was my second try. I initially purchased the 60 and it wasn't strong enough. The 90 works better

Great product for charging my laptop. Wonderful service and cooperation from Best Buy staff considering CV-19 restrictions and the fact that I didn't have an appointment. Very efficient, courteous and helpful service. Much appreciated.
