It is good. I was looking for one just for my computers. This was all they had when I went to the store.............................................................

I wish i still had my receipt so i could return these for something that works properly! I asked the rep 3 times if these would work on my laptop and charge them and he said they would. I am very upset that we now have 2 cords that only plug in and do not charge! :(

I needed a replacement power cord for my HP Envy. The salesperson was extremely helpful and professional in directing me to the device that would work. It was plug in and go. I was traveling and Best Buy made it very easy to solve a the problem of powering my laptop.

Best thing ever invented! Shepard pup chewed thru our cord on the PC was at a loss and then thought maybe they sold them and was pleasently surprised they did with tons of plugs to try. Best thing ever invented!

Works as expected for my HP laptop. A bit overpriced, but fortunately my work was footing the bill.

Works great, it was a bit pricey. Powercords are cheap to make.

This unit does what it is supposed to, but has a few differences from the original. The Power Cord is shorter and the connector is a bit larger than the original. Power and performance is the same as the origional.

Standard universal charger. Had to request a new connector as mine was not included. However that came quickly and the product worked as expected.

Needed a charger in a pinch. Could have ordered a dedicated one online for much less but we needed it quick. Wish the adapters snapped in a little tighter but we just wrapped a small piece of tape around it and it holds fine.

Connection is ok. Comes with several options to connect with. Decent value for the money.

I brought my laptop to the Best Buy on Roosevelt Blvd in Phila. The customer service tehnician told me that I only needed an adapter replacement. I was so happy as I thought my laptop needed service (which would be an expense). Great customer service!

We brought our laptop & cord into the store, just to make sure we bought the correct replacement cord. I thought it was a bit high priced, but our cord was frayed & dangerous, so we had no choice. Very happy with it, though.

I was on the road and had forgotten to pack one charger. (Why don't they have universal connector?) This did exactly as needed. I can now travel with only the one instead of 3.

Forgot to pack my adapter when I took a trip so I headed to Best Buy and got another one that I'll permanently leave in my case so I'll never get in this pickle again. It comes with multiple connector tips which I'll save in case I need them for something else.

This charger has less wattage than my computer needs (according to the manual), but I had forgotten my charger and couldn't find the right one, so I bought this. The adapter works fine and it kept my computer charged just fine.

I ordered not one but two power adapters from a very popular online retailer. Both were not right when I received them!! I finally decided to go to my local Best Buy, where I purchased my laptop and got the cool one that came with six tips!!! It works perfectly!!! Whoo hoo!
