I had to return the first purchase because it didn't have the correct charger plug. I brought my computer with me when I returned it and they helped me find what I needed. New charger works great.

Quality seemed decent, but I had to do a return. It wouldn't charge a Dell Latitude. It would keep the laptop on only as long as it stayed plugged into the wall. The error msg was "Plugged in but not charging. "

This product works and has many end points to match various laptops. The end point for my laptop doesn't go in all the way and secure tightly like the original one.

There are 3 major flaws with this unit. The first and worst is that the power cord from the outlet to the power converter and the charging cord to the laptop are the wrong lengths. In at least half of all locations I use this at the power cord to the wall is not long enough to conveniently put the converter on a desk. The charging cord from the converter to the computer is too short to leave the converter on the floor. As a result the converter is usually dangling several inches off the floor held there by the plug in connection to the laptop. This strikes me as a possible stress problem at the computer plug in port. I bought his to work on 3 laptops. One is a current model (2019) Dell Inspiron. There are adapters for my older HP and (2019) Yoga. There was no adapter in the package for the Dell and I literally spent hours on hold and with off shore customer service trying to get the right one. They tried to help, but all they could do was read from their scripts and leave me on hold while they checked with their "technical department". They sent the same adapter as was in the original kit twice, even though I told them it would not work. The third is the amount of frustration and time spent dealing with off shore customer service. Best Buy staff was very nice, offered to take the unit back, but I really needed something now to work with the Yoga, so I kept it. You should also be aware that the converter is larger and heavier than most OEM converters.

Annoying to figure out which piece I needed to use but afterwards I haven’t had any issues. Although I immediately lost all the extra pieces as it doesn’t come with a bag or anything

I misplaced my laptop charger when I moved, and this universal charger made my computer work again. The Best Buy staff gave me excellent help in choosing the correct attachment.

Forgot my charger for my laptop and could not use it on this trip to finish my work. It was great to go to Best Buy and purchase another one! Now my work is getting finished!

This is nice because there are options. I wasn't exactly sure which adapter head I needed but this allowed me to purchase this without fear of picking the wrong. The sales associate was quite helpful in assisting me in locating this product in the store.

Not an exact fit but it worked until I could have the correct charger shipped to me. Staff wasn’t very helpful at store.

All I can say it works, its excellent and its by Insignia (the mark of Best Buy) its universal 90W laptop charger.

I like that there are different tips! The cord does not seem as secure as it should. I think since the tips are interchangeable, it is not a super tight fit. The tip slips out occasionally, but overall does s good job.

Very happy with the number of devices I can charge with this product, because of all the interchangeable pieces.

I ruined my laptop cord and found this online and saw it was in stock. It works perfectly and saved my bacon.

This adapter was a quick save for me when the adapter I got with my new ASUS laptop got a cut in the cord and had to be returned for replacement. I am still using the universal, even though I have received the OEM adapter. This Insignia unit is doing a great job for me.

My parents kept forgetting their laptop power cords when coming to visit. I bought this and now Mom never has to miss her political news and Dad can stay on top of grain prices.

This adapter works great for my HP laptop. The one that came with my laptop broke after 5 years. I ordered one on amazon and it stopped working after only a few weeks. I went to Best Buy and it was suggested I purchase this one. So happy I did.

I left my initial charger at home and needed a quick fix; but was concerned on the charging power compared to my computers original cord. It worked fine, and with the same charging capabilities as the original.
