Works good and comes with several interchangeable tips for different brand laptops.

For the cost of this thing, I felt the deal was not very good. Maybe if you get it on sale, but can find aftermarkets cheaper elsewhere.

The first store I went to for a laptop charging cord did not have one for a laptop as old as mine. I was very pleased that Best Buy had just what I wanted. The assistant was very pleasant and helpful.

I have used this product in the past to replace the power cord on laptop computers. I have never had a problem with this product. This is the replacement cord I always look for.

The charger works fine but i do wish the adapter plugged in a little deeper in to the laptop. It comes out with very often.

I'm sure it works well for others but there was no adapter for my Dell laptop. Was a little disappointed given that it is a newer laptop.

My old charger stopped working and I was able to immediately buy this universal charger the very next day!

I purchased this product but it is not so universal . My laptop is an older model and non of the adapters fit . The price was perfect

Just walked into Best Buy and within 5 minutes I was out the door. Even though I didn't know what I was looking for. I just brought my "dead" battery with me and the sales clerk was so helpful. Thank you Best Buy!!

This works great. The only thing I wish was better was that the connectors fit more securely into the adapter. The end comes of relatively easily on my opinion.

Good that it was available, great that it worked, store assisted with even checking it out for me on my laptop. Great customer service, it really helped me as I had traveled and left my power cord at home.

I loved the service that i received. The product is efficient and very affordable. I wish that i had gotten one long ago so that i could use it on allbof our devices.

Great for a clutch replacement...a bit pricy.. one demerit

Have purchased this exact unit before. Worked flawlessly. Well they updated the unit, now it doesn't operate properly. They have less number of plugs to select from. When plugged in, the unit does power up the laptop, however, it will not charge the battery. Returned and got a replacement. Did the exact same thing. Geek Squad just shrugged their shoulders at me. Oh well... live and learn.

This is a real bargain for the price. It includes lots of attachments, surely one for everyone's device.

Seems to work well with charging my devices and charges at a reasonably fast rate.

I bought the adapter to keep at my condo. I returned one time without it. That's when I bought the backup adapter. I leave one at the condo and one at home. That was money well spent.

Good product works great on my laptop. I had gone out of town and forgot my power cord for my laptop. It is an older model Acer and this had the right connection for it.
