This came with 6 tips and an assurance that if the tip you needed was not included, you could order it, at no charge, online. After checking which tip I needed and checking all the tips in the box, I determined that the tip I needed was not included. I went to order it online, but received a message that the tip WAS included in the box I bought. I checked again. Not only was the tip not included, it was not listed anywhere on the paperwork that it should have been included. I called the 800 number and the guy told me the same thing, the tip was in the box I bought. When I stated again that it was not, I was told to take it back to the store and get the "right" one or to order the tip I needed and pay for it. I went back to the store to return it and was told they only carry one universal adapter. I returned the product and will never buy another product from Insignia again.

I required the power adapter in an emergency scenario, and it had a range of connectors - one of which worked w my Dell. Hardware appears solid. No issues noticed to date.

Worked as anticipated. Just a laptop charger- nothing crazy!

The item works great. The cord length is shorter than my original which is somewhat of a challenge under the usage circumstances but totally able to work around it.

Left mine at a hotel and bought this as a replacement. Very good quality. Lots of attachments and the Best Buy employee opened up the package and made sure it had one to fit my laptop before we left the store.

It functions to charge my Dell laptop. However, plug doesn’t fit snugly into the hole and often comes lose & charging is interrupted even though it appears to be plugged in. Plan to return it & order exact cable required from Dell, instead of trying to get this universal one to be reliable.

This charger had the connector I needed. Works fine but the connector piece itself is not very snug when attached. Had to use a piece of tape to keep them together.

I have found that I no longer need to call the maker of my product to replace the cords. I go to Best buy and ask someone for help and go home with what I need for a fraction of the price.

The product works well. The multiple connects is helpful for my different devices.

The Insignia power adapter works great. I had no problem matching the right size tip with my laptop. Charging light stays on while charging; and the product is very good.

I bought this replacement power cord after I tripped over and destroyed my original. I thought it fit well at first, but after use, it keeps coming loose. This is for a second, older laptop so I wasn't too worried about it. it does charge the computer. I did not return or exchange it, I just don't think it would be the best if I had to use it all the time. I would recommend it, but i'd make sure it fit well first.

I purchased the item used for my 2010 dell insperon laptop, I was skeptical at first so I used it every day until the 30 day return policy was up, it's been 2 months so far and this product still works great.
