I needed a new charger for my laptop. The service was great and the product was perfect. Now when my children come to visit they will be able to charge their laptops as they seem to forget to bring theirs.

Although this power supply met the requirements of my sons Dell laptop it doesn't charge the battery correctly because the Dell laptop can't properly identify the charger so it only works for running the laptop but not charging the battery. I would not recommend this product for Dell laptops but it may work fine for other brands.

Strong connection between cord and adapter for specific device. Adapter stays connected much better and very consistently than other adapters I have purchased in the past. Strongly recommend.

I was glad to find this adpter to get my Lenovo back up and running after returning from overseas with an international adpter on it. It was as good as the original power adapter.

Didn't have the tip I was looking for but it still worked very well for a friend's computer.

I can use this on my two different laptops. I like the length of the charger. I don't have to sit so close to the outlet if I'm using the laptop while it is charging.

The supply cord is great and works fine. The only bad thing I found wrong with it is that the cord is shorter than the original cord that had to be replaced.
