Great universal power cord

Need the right plug

So I bought this and it says it fits Acer. But the plugs that came with it didn't fit my netbook. The instructions that came with the charger said it would send me the proper plug free. I sent away for it but it hasn't yet come.

Double check the tip you need

I thought it had the right tip for the laptop and it didn't. I did contact Insignia. They were prompt in their response and recommended that I return the unit as it would not work for what I needed. I am sure it is fine but make sure it is what you need before you order it

Variety of adapter ends!

It only worked well with my computer for a few weeks. The cord seem fine- I am unsure if it's the cord, or my lame laptop.
