The adapter cord for my Dell laptop failed and the Insignia had the right voltage and the right plug-in to the computer (six were supplied so one should work for most computers.

Works great with my Dell, HP, and Acer laptop. I now use just the one supply and change adapters. No longer need 3 power supply now. Desk is cleaner looking (less clutter).
