Doesn't hold a charge

If I unplugged it, my laptop would shut off. It does not hold a charge. The sales guy warned me this would probably happen and it did. Therefore, I returned it.

It would fall out easily as if it never locked into my lap top. It did charge quickly which was nice. It seemed over priced for the generic brand one size fits most application.
