Left my charger for my work laptop and went out of town. This was the cheapest Best Buy had, and it did its job.

Originally purchased this charger as a replacement for the OEM charger that normally comes with my HP laptop (since my dog ate the end off my original). Turns out that this charger actually charges the laptop faster than the original since it is a higher voltage. I checked with the geek squad to ensure this would not adversely effect the battery and they said I am in the clear. Was pleasantly surprised with its performance for the price.

This is a very nice charger, however, after I was assured by the Best Buy rep over the phone that this would work for my computer and then drove an hour to pick it up - SURPRISE! It didn’t work :) I am sure it’ll be lovely for those whose computers can use this charger though.

I recently purchased a laptop. Mine was old and basically crashed. Within a week I misplaced the cable to recharge the battery. I looked everywhere. I thought I would have to order it and wait till it was sent to me. I panicked, as I really need my computer and had a project due the next day. I went to Best Buy. They helped me right away find one to fit my needs. It worked fine and was completely compatible with my new laptop. Thanks Best Buy. You saved the day!

If you are connected to multiple laptops , this is the perfect product. I carry a "GO BAG" in. Which I have all possible charging cables for all my devices . I just put my laptop, tablet, headphones, keyboard and mouse in my solar powered backpack and I can connect with the adapters provided for any situation that may arise. I am capable to power most ANY device with the adapter and its accessories !

I purchased this item when I lost my factory laptop charger on a business trip. At first I was skeptical because of the notorious nature of universal one size fits all products, but once I researched the proper voltage and amperage of my laptop and tested the unit myself it seems to work just fine. I'm currently using this charger on my U31S series ASUS and its been working just fine for about two months now.

I was looking for this product and I found it at Best Buy. I really need it for the laptop computer I was using. It really helped me achieve my goals and my assignment. I am also very happy for the price I got. I went to two other stores and they didn’t have what I was looking for. Thanks again Best Buy for your service.

The multiple tips make it really convenient to charge different types of laptops. The adapter is also a bit chunky.

Comes with a variety of tips that attach to metal prongs protuding from a plastic end cap on the cable. Appears to be very sturdy; I had no concerns about durability. However, while the adapter will work on the vast majority of laptops, there are a few that are not standard spec and will not play well with this adapter. I put that knock on the manufacturer rather than Insignia, so this still gets 5 stars.

This power adapter has compatible tips for at least 3 Acer and Dell laptops I currently have in rotation. My Dell's battery, however, won't charge at all with this adapter if it's running low; it only charges when it's already nearly full. Still useful, but definitely disappointed in that shortcoming.

Really good product. I used it on my old Asus and now I use it on my HP. It is really neat to be able to use it on more than one computer. The only downside is that you should be able to customize the headings that you want, get extra for your brand, and toss the rest.

This charger fits for my computer (Toshiba). Works well without any issues as if it were my original Toshiba power cord.

Works perfectly with my HP Laptop. I thought it was pricey, however, HP makes everything pricey if you want convenience. I believe this was actually less expensive than the HP brand, which happened to be sold out. Who knows, this may also work with other technology we have in our home.
