My Dell's battery, however, won't charge at all with this adapter if it's running low; it only charges when it's already nearly full. Still useful, but definitely disappointed in that shortcoming.

Not Quiet "Universal"

Appears to be very sturdy; I had no concerns about durability. However, while the adapter will work on the vast majority of laptops, there are a few that are not standard spec and will not play well with this adapter. I put that knock on the manufacturer rather than Insignia, so this still gets 5 stars.

I really need it for the laptop computer I was using. It really helped me achieve my goals and my assignment. I am also very happy for the price I got. Works Perfectly

I thought it was pricey, however, HP makes everything pricey if you want convenience. I believe this was actually less expensive than the HP brand, which happened to be sold out. Who knows, this may also work with other technology we have in our home.
