Poor package information + unknowledgable Rep

I had asked a representative to confirm this item would work with my model and he said yes - no go! Shame on me for thinking one of the BB kids would give a hoot about my need. Had to return. Don't know if this product would actually work for someone or not.

Not Good quality

I wouldn't recommend this charger. This does charge my laptop though, but its hard to keep the connector ends to stay in place.

Not working with Dell XPS

On the status it showed a/c connected, not charging. I had to use it only for the weekend before flying back to pa. Waste of $60. I gave 3 stars as it might work for other systems
