But the service is even more horrible. I have been trying to get a refund for the device and replacement cost for the laptop battery for 4 weeks. Insignia, which is part of Best Buy, keeps giving me the runaround. I had a replacement battery from Dell within 3 days but dealing with Insignia has been a massive waste of time. They clearly do not care about customer experience and do not stand behind their products. Truly appalling.
