I previously purchased it and only was good for 6 months, it seems you pay alot for an item that is no longer reliable at all. Still trying to work with it but will return it soon since it seems to be a manufacturer defect.

However, let me remind you that if you purchased this product after 10/30/2016 you have an extended return period good until 1/15/2017 that you can validate at any Best Buy store with your receipt or order number. It worked initially and then after about 2 months, it worked intermittently. Sometimes it worked normally, other times the computer would switch rapidly between charge/no charge so it clearly wasn't working
