Although the packaging said I could receive my "tip" for free because it was not included, I found this to untrue. There was both a direct cost, plus shipping, to have it sent to me. I eventually returned the charger to the store.

The tip won't work on August 11, 2020. And from the beginning the connection between the tip and my Asus laptop was very loose, the laptop was cut off with a little movement.
