I only needed a replacement charger for my laptop, but this was the only option they offered. It ended up being the wrong wattage (which the person at the store didn't bother to identify was important), and none of the plugs ended up even fitting my laptop. So, I ended up returning this and bought a more reasonable alternative from Amazon.

Went to the store asked the representative and she advised me to purchase this one. It provides power while connected, but will not charge the battery. Waste of my money. Had to order a Dell charger.

Thus I can use my laptops with it as long as the Insignia is plugged in, but when it is not, the computer closes down, since there has been no charging to its battery.
