The box said to order it online if it wasn't in the box and the one they sent didn't work with the plug. Good thing it was free to order, but now we get to return the rest.

This one said "guaranteed compatible" but in the immortal words of Inigo Montoya, "I do not think it means what they think it means". You swap out tips to find the one that fits yours but only 1 fit and while connected the laptop did acknowledge "plugged in", the level of battery power never rose after hours of charging. Not sure why this has such relatively good reviews. When I returned it, the employee at the counter said he bought it and had the exact same issue.

Upon calling the "power tip guarantee" number given on the package, I was told by customer service to return the item and to take my laptop with me, then open packages with Best Buy to find a adapter with a fitting tip. All this to say - if one of the tips included does not fit, there is no guarantee for the power tip (even though is states such on the packaging).

The company offers free tips to fit any specification and yet after 40 minuets on their website and 3 weeks later the tip didn’t fit... Not a good experience.

Much bigger and and weighs much more than the ASUS original power source. A particular problem when traveling especially by air.

Had I plugged it in it would have damaged the laptop. I later discover it was impossibel to talk or emal store manager, I had to go to a best buy store to do that. Another trip to Best Buy was too high a hurtel.
