Not working adequately

I have to constantly adjust it so that it is all the way in & connects to the power.

Love the adapters but caused an error

While the device did get power I immediately got an alert saying I was using an underpowered charger. Maybe that’s not a big deal but to me, if something is compatible, I should not be getting an error. The unit itself was fine and adapters are easy to change out, but the actual Dell charger was half the cost on Amazon so I just cannot recommend buying this product. I returned mine almost immediately.

Right away I called the number provided for a free replacement tip and waited a long time to receive it. The tip I received fit my laptop but didn't fit the charger! This is unacceptable since I gave them the product number of the charger when I ordered the replacement tip. Apparently this tip cannot fit this charger and I need to get a more expensive charger. After the delay in shipping the replacement tip it was too late to get a refund for the charger and I would be out over $100 to take a chance on the charger they recommended. I wouldn't risk this Guaranteed Compatible product.
