Charges laptop as needed...nothing more you can ask for

This product is Guaranteed Compatible with Dell laptops but none of the tips fit my Inspiron 15 5000 series. Right away I called the number provided for a free replacement tip and waited a long time to receive it. The tip I received fit my laptop but didn't fit the charger! This is unacceptable since I gave them the product number of the charger when I ordered the replacement tip. Apparently this tip cannot fit this charger and I need to get a more expensive charger. After the delay in shipping the replacement tip it was too late to get a refund for the charger and I would be out over $100 to take a chance on the charger they recommended. I wouldn't risk this Guaranteed Compatible product.

Bought this item after recommendation from the Geek Squad that this was a universal charger and that it included a wide variety of brand and size tips. Well, neither of the specific HP blue tips fit the laptop. So back it went. There were no other brands available for purchase, which was also very disappointing. I was eventually successful getting an American made charger and power cord with a tight fitting tip which fit my HP and is now charging it successfully.

I purchased this in the store because it stated it would fit any laptop and if it didn't they would send the piece that you need. Unfortunately they did not have a piece that would fit my laptop. I would advise to check before wasting your time.

This item is over priced but it does charge my laptop.

Despite several different charger plug in adaptor options, it did not work with my PC model. Disappointed that my model was guaranteed to be compatible and it wasn't. The store didn't have another brand to purchase either.

I purchased this charger for my Dell Laptop. The first time I used it, my laptop fully charged. The next day and everyday after, the laptop only works when it is charged in. The charger is plugged in but does not charge. Disappointed.

I bought this to replace my charger for an ACID lap top. It showed it had an adapter for my computer but it didn't. It had several different adapters just not the one I needed.

Laptop was purchased from Best Buy when my power cord died purchased another one from Best Buy that was a universal one unfortunately it really doesn't fit I have to have a rubber band tied around the computer to make it stay in place

I was disappointed that a universal charger did not have adapter for such a popular laptop. If your laptop does not fit you can send away for a compatible one but who wants to wait on it.

I went into the local Best Buy after the charger for my Dell laptop computer failed. I was told by the salesperson on the floor, after looking at my original Dell charger, that this would work - but be slightly slower to fully charge my laptop. The charger, with the correct adapter tip, would not work or charge my laptop - or even be recognized by it. This was $80 flushed down the toilet as I had already gotten rid of the packaging that day. Live an learn. Bought the original Dell replacement charger and it worked like a charm.

It had a lot of optional adapters but not the one I needed. I needed a specific Lenovo and the one included was not the right one.

It charged the computer but it never fit 100% in there it was always snagging. The adapter piece broke off after a year into my computer.

Product indicate adapter for Dell laptops included, but it doesn't meet specifications for all Dell products. After purchase, it may be possible to contact the company to send an adapter that matches...

Product comes with multiple plug adapters. The Dell adapter fit my girlfriend's laptop, but did not charge the battery at all. I returned this generic adapter and we obtained an OEM Dell charger, which worked fine.

Package makes it look like it will connect to anything but that’s not the case. Company offers to provide connections that are not provided in the package.

I am a national speaker that travels the country. The cord on my Toshiba laptop had recently become frayed, and I needed another cord ASAP. This is what was recommended to me. My speaking engagement was 2800 miles away from home, and the day before I was to speak, my Toshiba lost power and would not start up. I could hear something rattling inside. Frantically, I looked for a computer store to see what could be done. This new cord had pushed my power device (where you plug in) all the way into the center of the computer, and was not fixable. So, here I am on a trip, working, and I had to buy a new computer. I have never been so frustrated in my entire career.
