But the attachment head feels a little lose which causes a slow charge. I would have preferred a stronger attachment in order to have a faster charge.

Work well at the store and about a week once at home but has stopped charging lap top. Fortunately I kept the original and now it works. ..go figure

Yes there is the offer to ask the company to send you the necessary adapter. This is additional work ....I do not want to do . Maybe I will ask for the missing adapter.

Without a correct laptop adapter, I cannot determine how well this charger works. Product is not quite as "universal" as advertised. My advice - take your laptop with you, so you can determine if this charger has the adapter you need before you leave the store.

This did not work for my ASUS laptop. The laptop is less than a year old so I don' t know. Returned

We messed with it for a while as it's for my teenage son...the computer was not charging correctly...so went online and found out the wattage of this charger at 95 watts was to small and required 135 watt charger. It would of been nice with a better explanation of the correct models of computers covered.

Good, But Not Good ENough

One connection seemed to fit, enough to keep my computer running. But, it didn't plug in deep enough to charge my laptop. Disappointing. :(

Slow charger
