Many adapters but not the one I needed

Not enough WATTS for my laptop

I had to put off playing Diablo 3, darn! LoL I used it as a band aid until I order a more approrpiate replacement online.

Although it did come with several tips-none fit my Dell. The package included instructions to contact the manufacturer in case the tips didn't fit which I did by phone and they said they would send me the proper tip in 7-10 business days. i have yet to receive it after at least three weeks. This required me to contact Dell directly and order the part I needed from them.I purchased my Dell at Best Buy yet they couldn't provide parts for it. I am disappointed.

The universal power cord did NOT work with my dell inspirion 7000 It just said incompatible so I had to order one online. My laptop does not work at all now & I just bought it in July 2015. I took it back 3 times & they could not figure it out & did not seem to care. I won't purchase another one from Best Buy with their attitude of 'oh well sorry' .....

Not worked as expected
