To get the correct one, I have to order it through a website they provided, all I can say is at least there is no charge for it.

Universal charger did not work with any laptop

I took in my other charger so the rep could match it and gave me this one and not only did it not work with the laptop i needed it for but i did not work for my other 2 laptops! and I haven't been able to take it back due to work and time.

Well it did not fit my daughter's computer and was a huge waste of time. It is also heavily overpriced. Just get what your computer needs online.

Got it home hooked it up to laptop and nothing, called Dell they informed me only there charger works with Dell products they shipped me one for free.
