Company changed policy so call was greeted with advice to reach them on line with computer that doesn't work. Then told to go to internet cafe. 71 years old handicapped on a small island. Then told will be delivered in 2-4 weeks. That was 5 weeks ago with no shipping number or order number.

The cable connection is perfect, but my laptop kept giving me an error message that it was “plugged in but not charging”. I ended up purchasing a Dell charger for half the price....and it is perfect.

Be careful to match power supplies with laptop models, as I'm sure this power supply would have worked fine if it was meant to work with my laptop model. Unfortunately, it was not.

Not enough power so why buy?

It does not have nearly enough power to charge a normal lap top. the mfgr should state this on the box as well as the machines it WILL charge. Waste of time and money
