It does the job. I was hesitant about not getting the hp ome. But for about $30 cheaper . I can't complain or tell the difference.

I needed a charger for my laptop for work and I forgot it when I left to visit NJ, Best buy had exactly what I needed in a pinch.

Worked for my Dell Laptop and used another attachment for another electronic that I had lost the power cord. Multi purpose A+

We really needed this power cord. The puppy chewed ours up.

My laptop is now working with this new adapter. I just plugged it in and it worked. I was very happy with this purchase.

This is a well built product, with many tips for different laptops, but there wasn't one that fit my Dell Inspiron 13 - 7359 laptop. Best Buy took my return for a full refund without any problems. If one of the tips would have fit, it would have been a keeper, as there were tips that fit my other laptops.

product exactly what we needed. We needed another laptop charger for my daughter's computer.

I went to a Best Buy store to find an adapter for my Samsung NP880Z. I was in the middle of a big project and couldn't afford to wait to (1) retrieve my "lost" adapter, or (2) have a new one delivered from the Samsung website. All thy had in store were "universal" adapters. The worker haphazardly tested the tips on my laptop so I walked out thinking that I had just purchased a good backup adapter. Well...NONE of the tips fit and the closest fit works if you hold the connection in place at a specific angle for at least ten seconds and then refrain from moving the laptop more than 1.2 millimeters. Not exactly realistic...unless you are trying to conserve energy by only charging when not in use. I'm sure it *could* work for other laptop models, but I was not one of the lucky ones.

Cable worked and we we're all happy that the laptop is no longer green and purple

Charger works great and fits more than one device!!!!

This was the only option I could find for a Chromebook charger at Best Buy and it was like 60$ which is way to much for a charger. It comes with like 6 different charging tip that I didn’t need and just threw away. The charging tips are pretty flimsy and broke when my computer slipped. Even though the tip is removable there is nowhere to get a replacement one! It seems really silly to have this product with a removable tip if you don’t sell replacements. Thanks for listening

Purchased this product a year ago because a charger was left at home. It worked for that incident, but i ordered the tip recommended per the specs for my Dell in order to bring the charger on a work trip and the tip doesnt even fit on the charger itself. It makes no sense, you can even see from the picture included online that the tip has a much larger plug area than what is on the charger. Now im travellijg for work and need to figure out where i can secure a charger. I would not recommend this product at all.

It worked, of course, but that’s not my issue with it. I only need ONE type of charger. I’m forced to buy NINE to get the singular one, and it was $60! $60 to use one single type of charger! Such a scammy product.

Great minimal replacement charger. But you should definitely verify if your laptop uses the adapter heads that are included. Verify laptop model.

I purchased this charger for an older laptop. Granted, it is quite old (one of the original Panasonic Toughbooks). The tip adapter that i needed was not in the box. I get that, again, old computer. I called Isignia customer service. The customer service rep was reading from a script, couldn't find the laptop i have, and provided no additional help. I will say hats off to Best Buy though, for having this in stock, and a very good attempt at helping me out when I needed a charger in a hurry.

This charger doesn't have enough power to correctly supply my laptop. I spent an hour on the phone today with my computer manufacturer's tech help due to error messages regarding the battery. None of these Best Buy chargers use enough power. The problem is when I'm traveling I have twice forgotten the power cord over the last 5 years or so; one of these was 69.99 +- and the other was 89.99, a total of at least $160 of useless cords. They are both expensive imitations that are not to be used, as per the computer manufacturer.
