I needed a new laptop charger after the puppy chewed up the cord of my last one. This charger was cheaper than the others n the store. After consulting online reviews while I was in the store, I went ahead and purchased this charger. I have had it for several weeks, and it works perfectly. I see no difference in performance between this charger and previous laptop chargers.

I was in need of a replacement power supply for my HP laptop due to an unruly dog eating the original one. I looked on-line and saw this one at best buy with a very reasonable price. It worked right out of the box with my laptop and I have not had any issues with it. I would recommend anyone that needs a replacement power supply to look into this one when purchasing.

I had been without my laptop charger for my work laptop for sometime. I didn't want to spend the price that everyone else had. As always I was greatly satisfied with best buy. My laptop work s great and it did not cost and arm and a leg for a good charger. I purchased the charging cord because my dog was nice enough to chew through my old one. I like this product because it allows me to use one cord for multiple items that I own without have to change cords out, all I have to do is change the connection piece and it charges quickly, even when the item is in use.

I thought the connection on the PC needed work but the Tech tried a different cordandwe found the problem was there. Saved me some money and the time which would have been neccessary to send PC otu and then returned. He did a really good piece of work and the new power cord works very well. GOOD JOB.

The universal battery charger was much less expensive than the manufacturers and it was in stock so I was able to use my computer without pause. The manufacturers had to be ordered. My dog chewed through the cord on the original. I am very satisfied with both the product and the service of the employees who helped me.
