Excellent Replacement

This did the trick. They had 5 different replacement heads to choose from and one of them was the right fit. I was able to use my computer for the rest of the trip.

I was told that some generic supplies will not work with Dell Laptops. This one worked just fine and I had no problems. I was happy that I didn't have to purchase a Dell supply unit which was twice the cost.

While preparing for a presentation at the airport, I could not re-charge my battery. The purchase of this charger from Best Buy on the road "saved the day". The security of using my own PC (now charged) and not a client's was important to me.

The local Best Buy in Reanoke, Va did not have the OEM cord, but researched and came up with this unit . With the multiple adaptors we found the one that fit our Dell. Thank's Best Buy , you people saved out trip.
