This charger is fantastic for normal laptops. HP, Dell, ASUS, etc. It comes with tips to charge all. However, if you have a beefy gaming laptop, this will not output enough power to keep it going during a gaming session.

My laptop is over 6 years old and my power adapter was not charging anymore. Not wanting to spend a fortune, I found this great power adapter at a great price. I definitely would recommend this adapter when/if you need a new one.

Left my original Toshiba laptop charger in a hotel so I needed to get a new one. Had to spend a little more for this model to fit my computer but it gets the job done.

I was originally skeptical about purchasing this item because I thought a "universal" laptop charger would not work as well however it seemed to have charged my computer just as efficiently as the original would.

Purchased this when one of my sales people left their adapter at a hotel. Had the Best Buy employee take it out of the box to make sure it fit the exact plug of the machine and it did. Might not do all of them but it is going to do most.

It's just what I needed for my laptop and gaming device. Works great and fairly priced.

Works as desired. No bells and whistles here folks. Just a product that works like it is supposed to. Definitely worth buying!

Didn't know what was wrong - computer wasn't charging...was it the computer or the original adapter. Staff was great - did quick test and had exactly what was needed to get it working again. Insignia universal adapter - easy to figure out which one to use for my specific computer. Perfect!

Adapters for different brands,good. Later if l get another brand it is a back up or to assist a friend with a power supply problem. For my Asus it does not click in place and hold as well as the original. It is adiquate

This was the perfect item for an older laptop. Searched all over for it but found it at Best Buy.

I left town without my laptop plug in and my laptop died first day. Needed to work remotely. Went to Best Buy and this product was in stock. It would work with my laptop and it was about $15 less than the brand name product. Now it's my on the road plug in.

Our laptop is our main computer at home and I was tired of crawling under the desk to unplug the power cord very time we went on a trip. Stopped at a best buy in Texas and the Geek guy said try this. It works, the connector plugs in solid and cord is long enough for any location.

We were camping (glamping) and the wife brought her laptop Incase it rained. She didn’t however bring the power supply! We now have an extra power supply we leave in the camper so she’ll never have to deal with a dead laptop again! Great investment!

I did not regret getting this product. As I work with multiple laptops, this charger works great while I am on the road traveling, I can easily switch out the adapter when my other laptop needed. Great invention and great customer service at Best Buy as well.

I was so scared when I lost my charger and am so thankful they have this product that comes with universal parts. Seriously a life saver and works great!

Forgot my charger at home and was able to find this fairly easily at Best Buy. Adapters for all sorts of computers in one cord—so it made it convenient

I went to get a new charger for my laptop. The employee I dealt with know exactly what I needed and proceeded to get it for me. Very quick and efficient. And it is working very well

Need to use the website to see what additional laptops are compatible with the tips -- as per the packaging it recommended a different tip for Lenovo laptops but the website confirmed compatibility with the right tip.
