This charger is NOT universal. I purchased in September 2024. It is now July 2025. I have been attempting FOR MONTHS to get this matter resolved. The not-so-universal charger comes with several tips. If none of those tips work for your computer, like they claim it will, there is a note in the package instructing you to contact customer service and they will send you a new tip. Once you start this process, it takes them several months just for someone to contact you via email to let you know what the correct tip is that you need for your computer. You would think they would send it out to you immediately, but they do not. When you call customer service, they give you the ultimate run around. Every single time, week after week, they will tell you that they will escalate the matter to a different business department and they say they will be giving you a call. No call ever comes. You will spend countless hours on the phone with customer service, week after week, for several months attempting to get this matter resolved. When you get frustrated because they fail to resolve the issue, they will promise you a refund “if it isn’t resolved next week” and when you call back again a week later, they will try to weasel their way out of giving you a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor. Just spend the extra coin and go directly to your computer brand’s company to get a charger directly from them. It may cost you a little bit more, but it will save you a whole lot of headache.

This is great multi tool. I needed to replace he charger cord for a laptop I was repurposing for my niece. This tool worked great. I was able to hookup the laptop, charging worked fine. I will definitely buy this product again if I have a need.

My Gateway burnt out the OEM power adapter, then I tried a Rocketfish and that lasted for about a year, and now this Insignia. So far so good. Does exactly what I need it to do. Disappointed I couldn't purchase any kind of additional geek squad protection plan. Oh well.

Will charge gaming laptop but not if laptop has no battery life left

After our dog chewed through the adapter that came with our laptop, we needed an option that was cheaper than buying from the manufacturer, and this adapter was exactly that! It comes with lots of different adapters, so it's not a problem to find one that fits your laptop.

I bought the charger for a laptop, The saleswoman suggested it because it is international. In addition, it has several adapters to fit any kind of device. This allayed my fears because I was taking it out of the Country. it is working well

The Insigna power adapter works well. It several tips and one of them fit my Asus computer perfectly. The only drawback is that the adapter itself is pretty heavy compared to the standard adapter that came with the computer.

Great! Never thought this would work as well as it did. Charges up quickly.

The laptop that I use for my personal business would not charge and I was in panic mode. The Geek Squad quickly determined that the charger was on longer functional. This universal charger had me back in business at a reasonable price.

Needing a power cord for a laptop presented a challenge. There are so many different style end pieces, and some almost fit others! This took the guess work out of that with a nice selection of end plugs. found the proper one and everything has been working since!

This item is nice to have because it comes with various adaptors which makes it very useful. Granted it was purchased to replace a power supply for a Dell Laptop which had worn out, but it can be used on other items I also have. Good price too.

It was a plug-n-play experience. So happy to get my laptop up an running so fast. Been working great since. Thanks to the tech at Geek Squad too for helping me troubleshoot the problem at the counter.

Exactly what I needed. Sales person took me straight to this charger and showed me the options.

There's not a lot to say except that it does the job well. Not fancy or flashy, just does that job.

Works well with my computer. Only thing I have an issue with is it’s kind of loose when it’s plugged in. Other than that, it serves its purpose.

ran into a problem when my computer charger stopped working - went to Best Buy and got this new one - works great and with all the various heads, it will probably charge every electronic device we have.

So far so good better than what the apoyo brought.

Second purchase of this product (as a spare). Works (and has worked well) for my wife's HP. SO MUCH would love a tip for my ACER tho'.
