I got this as an immediate replacement for my charger that I had to hold at certain, awkward angles to get it to charge. It's been great so far and I love the idea that if I decide to change laptops, I have a backup charger with multiple tips--so versatile!

I have a PC Repair business and this is perfect for testing\powering most laptops that I have worked on. With the variety of tips, I can virtually power any laptop. Any if you find a laptop that the standard tips won't work, they will send you a new tip free.

I has having issues finding a universal adapter compatible with my ASUS 2 in 1 and took a chance on this one. The adapter tips included the one compatible with my laptop and now functions as my primary leave in office adapter at my desk.

This universal charger for the laptop works great! It has a different connections for different types of charger inputs!

IT techs best friend. Always have a compatible charger for any situation i find myself in. Helps a lot when users "forget" theirs so think their charger is broken.

ran into a problem when my computer charger stopped working - went to Best Buy and got this new one - works great and with all the various heads, it will probably charge every electronic device we have.

My power cord to my lap top was left home. Best Buy had a universal power cord that worked perfect. There was a bit of a problem deciding between two universal power cords but the associate helped. The cord works great.

Sturdy. Connector options are a plus. Really like the 90 degree top snap connection, not too bulky and does not add to the size of the jack. Actually seems to be sturdier than the original Dell adapter.

I work for a non-profit that has a few laptops used by multiple users. Needless to say some cords get damaged quickly. We purchased this cord to work on a Dell, so far it has been satisfactory after several weeks of usage.

Works as intended. Needed power misplaced the original.

I like that the power cord is versital to different laptops and that it has a long warranty. But the plug doesn't seem to fit into the laptop all the way. But it does work. So, I can't complain too much.

Not a lot to pick from at the store. This charger has several different tips on it for different computers. It is rather expensive though. Especially if you don't need or want all those extra tips.

The charger cord for my older laptop got damaged and I couldn’t find a replacement through the manufacturer. Checked Bestbuy on a whim and was pleasantly surprised to find this affordable universal power chord. Amazing.

Needed a replacement for OEM power cord after my dog chewed on it. Was directed to this model power cord by employee. Was one of the least expensive options on the floor and it worked perfectly. No problems with charging my Specter 360 laptop.

I forgot to pack my HP laptops power supply on trip. This Insignia was on sale at Best Buy in Memphis TN. Did the trick Found out it has plug in that also fits our Dell laptop. Great buy that helped ease a bad packing mistake.

I was out of town and realized I forgot my computer cord. I wasn't sure on this with all the optional ends, but am really happy with it. My husband can also use his computer that takes another end because it has all the optional 'ends' included.
