The original samsung chromebook charger that came with my laptop was very cheap feelin and eventually failed and broke off at the connector. This new charge is more robust and just flatout feels tougher and guaranteed will last longer.

It works on my computer and that's why I got it. My cord was not working, and I couldn't charge but all's well now.

I was so nervous about having to change out the power cord but thankfully, this device was very easy to figure out... i plugged it in and it went and is still going full speed ahead. Thanks !!

I told one of the associates that my my laptop needed, the product for mine was not on the shelf, he went in the back room came out with the one that fits, took it home and it fit, Very helpful person and the right product!!

Second purchase of this product (as a spare). Works (and has worked well) for my wife's HP. SO MUCH would love a tip for my ACER tho'.

Left my laptop charger at home by mistake while I vacation and this universal charger worked just great!

I really like this charger. I misplace chargers all the time but this comes in handy especially with all the different adapters.

Worked OK......sometimes does not want to stay together at computer entrance........the littlepart to insert comes apart sometimes.

I would have liked the option to have been able to purchase the one battery charger with just one connector. I am now however pleased that I have the one with different interchangeable connectors.

Bought this because my fiancée thought she had lost her laptop charger. Worked just as well as the original, plus has multiple tips and can work with most brands. She found the original, but we're keeping this as a backup since it can work with others too.

No other charger would work on my laptop. I have 2 of these and they work well - great to have adapters for different size ports.

I bought this after my dogs chewed my original charging cable. The product came with various plugs, of which the BB associate showed me which plug to use. Bought it, went home and plugged it in and all is well again (cord is now hidden from my dogs)!
