I chose this case because the reviews were more favorable than other more expensive cases. Like the versatility of being able to prop up my tablet in portrait or landscape mode. the stand integratedwith the cover is pretty nifty

This was so much better. It will hold the tablet a an appropriate angle for reading or writing.. The system to hold the tablet in place also is strong enough to work well.

Nice look but with serious flaws

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was honestly an amazing case minus a few design flaws, the main ones being the way it was held, super tight bungies gripping the corners instead of a tray to clip into like most cases I have used. The aforementioned clips do not have a camera cutout so there was always the hard plastic edge of the corner triangle grating against the edge of your camera. To top it all off the magnets were too strong and it caused the tablet to act funny, turning off randomly like it had been closed when just laying it flat. I took it out and put my tablet in a non magnet case and it works great again. If you're just gonna use it in portrait mode and have it sitting like a picture on a desk, and can get past the possible damage to your camera give it a go, if not I would avoid at all costs. Also, the process of learning how it folds is a bit weird but still nice, I do wish it would have been better designed.
