The Bristol TN store was very unorganized. I had an appointment to pick up my tablet. As well as the screen saver and the notebook for it. I was told my screen saver and notebook was not there. I waited and waited. My appointment was for transferring my data from my old tablet. The Guy that was trying to do all this had another customer he was working with as well as me. The he would jump up to take care of people that was needing to pay for their purchases!!! Then he would try to download my tablet and help the other Lady. The store was not busy. I finally got up canceled my order and walked out.
