The case has way too many magnets. It would cause the unit to constantly shut off. The Geek Squad finally discovered the problem. Go with a Samsung case. Problem solved.

The Geek Squad checked it out and when the tablet was in the case, it would not work but when they took it out of the case the tablet worked just fine. Not sure what caused this.
