It's off by about 3 mm and the lens is partially obsured. There's also a small, 55 mm x 55 mm flap that covers the camera lens. That's a nice thing, But one thing that is very annoying is when you use in horizontally, the cover has hard plastic triangular pieces that are supposed to fit into slots. The triangular pieces and the slots are not substantial. and, the is NO way to look use the iPad in portrait mode without holding it in your hand.

The elastic strap to hold it shut to me, would not hold the cover in place, in case of a drop. As elastic goes, it will just stretch out and lose it's ability to hold shut.

Maybe I missed it in the description, but the item is magnetized and my husband cannot be around anything with magnets. (He wears a pacemaker). Ours is a unique situation and that is why the ease of use for us did not work. But thank you. Could only recommend if there were no unusual circumstances such as ours.
