These were bought as a gift and were the wrong size. After a couple busy months, I went to return them for store credit, to use toward 3 laptops instead of tablets. The store refused to accept them as a return, because of their outdated policy. They were clearly purchased here, still in their boxes, brand new and they still sell them…this should have been a no brainer return for store credit. Poor customer service and policy.
