I bought the TV in Mesa, AZ but had my brother pick it up in Amherst, NY. Within 10 minutes of paying for the unit I received an email confirmation of the purchase. I don't think it was even 5 more minutes before I received another email confirming that the TV was pulled off the shelf and ready for pickup. There is nothing that would have made this transaction more convenient.

The keyboard is not the best, mostly related to time required to correct typos. I have enjoyed this device, for the price it was a good buy .
