The leather case mutes the vibrate and somewhat the ring tone. A little bit awkward to pull out & return the phone until the new habit kicks in.

The magnetic latch is strong and does not lose its ability to keep your phone safe and secure. In this day and age, you need a holster you can trust to pull your phone out to take a once-in-a-lifetime picture or call for an emergency. For a quick draw, I would trust Insignia.
