All the ones purchased in the past had two belt loops and one clip. Don't waste your money

Belt clip is worthless

Very poor design. I had to jury rig a large rubber band through the clip and around my belt to help prevent it from falling off.

This one was made of nice quality leather, but slipped off my belt the 1st time I used it. Sorry no second chances. Returned.
