The system kept blue screening and wasn't booting into Windows. I had to reinstall Windows and couldn't get past the initial login because it couldn't detect an onboard network adapter. Ran up to BB and purchased this USB-C network adapter. Within minutes I was installing all the missing drivers. Adapter was a life saver in getting laptop working again. It is a must have if you are an IT person.

It does what it's made for, but sometimes the device isn't recognized at all by the computers (worked with dell latitude 7400s). Pretty standard and nothing too special
