Network cables won't stay connected.

I tried multiple brands of cables to make sure it wasn't a fluke. If you bump the adapter the network cable will come out. Hopefully I just received a faulty adapter. For twice what I could have paid elsewhere for a high-quality product, I expected much more.

I have a wired connection at one place of work. Realized I had no ethernet slot, but had 2 thunderbolt USB slots.. This connector helped solve the problem.
