Fortunately they're still under warranty. Unfortunately I have to go into a store to have the earbuds examined and possibly repaired before they'll consider a replacement and it's will be a few weeks before I can do that.

FEDEX tracking shows label printed..in other words, they haven’t shipped to FedEx location 45 miles away from me. I went into the store where they have these in stock. Store MOD said they couldn’t adjust to where I can pick up. Had to call 800 number. I did . Took a while and seems like he submitted the change but hard to tell if it would work. Just checked and NO CHANGE.
