This microphone was needed for a desktop computer that does not have a built-in microphone. It is easy to install with the USB connection. The built-in stand works well for keeping it in place near the computer. And the price makes it a good value for simple purposes like Zoom meetings.

Picked up this microphone to use with Windows 10 so that I can use Cortana, and it works just fine. Just plugged it in and it was automatically installed. This was an easy, and, inexpensive solution.

Easy to set up. Reasonable price. Others can hear me clearly while on Zoom calls. Very pleased with product.

User friendly, gets the job done for basic video calls and provides clear audio. It is directional so it needs to be pointed at the audio source. Doesnt have a far reach, about 5ft of distance.

Clear sound. Easy setup. Stable. Not going to do any better at this price. This is the one if you need something for tele-work or Skype, etc. The ding is the 'boom'. The mic arm is capable of moving up/down, but it feels clicky and cheap. I suggest you set it in a neutral position and leave it alone.

Priced right, good looks, makes a lot of sense and doesn't clutter the desk!

It's a nice little mic for the price. Seems to work quite well. And best of all it doesn't take up a lot of room on my already cluttered desk When folded down it's just barely taller than my keyboard, so my hand passes right over it when reaching for my mouse.

Quite happy with my purchase. Could not get the built in mic in webcam set to 48K Hz, which I needed for a low latency program to enable live rehearsal of music with others. This mic has perfectly adequate sound quality, and worked with the software perfectly.

I bought this inexpensive microphone for my computer, a little concerned about the quality and not knowing if I could install it because I am technically challenged. Thankfully, all I had to do was plug it into a port on my computer and it was ready to function. I teach a course on line and it worked! My students could hear me plainly. So easy and to install and works so well. Great purchase!

A friend of ours who works from home/travels - has been using this microphone for quite some time she also now uses it for religious meetings on zoom. So she referred us to this microphone. So we attend religious services and we participate at those on Zoom. This makes it so much easier to do our commenting. It has clear sound on the other end for those who are also at the meeting. The cord is 6 foot long which is long enough, my only thing would be another two feet would be nice but it’s worked for us. We are able to sit on our couch and have our laptop on our coffee table. We have the microphone on the couch with us so we don’t have to lean forward or get up and go to the laptop in order to participate or comment. And for the price it’s a definitely worth it. We actually got the open box one as none of the new ones were available. The packaging came a little bit ripped but nothing severe and Best Buy had taped it. It’s in perfect working order... very happy. We also purchased a mouse that we can use on the couch next to us because with zoom you need to click on different features in order to raise your hand and comment. Both combined have been so helpful

This product works well for its price. Our laptops built-in microphone was working at 10% and we needed it fast. We needed it for our recorded school presentations and it worked effectively. Easily installed, plugged it in the USB port and worked right away. We ordered it during closed store hours and then picked it up the next morning with curbside pick up, which was fast and efficient.

This USB microphone is easy to use and less expensive than many other external mics for computers. Plug into a USB port, turn it on, and you're ready to go. The mic stand is long, which is good for picking up sound, but it can get in the way on a desk. Good choice for occasional use.

My son uses this to add his voice when making videos. It always sounds just like him. It does not sound cheap, crackly, or otherwise. I'm very pleased I didn't buy one of the more expensive ones, as this one does a great job! Easy to hook up & start using!

Extremely easy to use. Just plug in the USB --microphone settings in Windows 10 automatically located and selected the device. I would have given a 5-start rating, but the product insert says it has an LED light to display on/off status. I do not see a light on the desktop unit, only the on/off switch. That would have been nice as I was used to confirming off/on status this way on my old Logitech USB Mic that I am replacing. Othrwise, it does a great job.

The mic quality is obvious not top tier. There is a decent amount of background noise according to the people on the receiving end of the microphone. However, for its price range, it offers a versatile and convenient experience due to its small size and easy to manage cable wires. I use this when gaming on my PC and it works just fine. If you are going to be doing a lot of presentations over zoom professionally, you should invest in a mic at a higher price range. -Stan

The microphone is very easy to use (be sure to switch it on before using). The quality is fine but there is a small hum when I first it each time but it’s not an objectionable sound. When considering price and quality this is a good value.

Primarily used for MMORPG voice chat (WoW ventrillo). If you're home, use this instead of headset, more comfy and won't hurt your ears. Sound can be delivered by PC speakers anyway. Shame so few manufacturers make this nowadays. In fact, when I'm not at home and need to voice chat with MMORPG friends with my laptop, I'll will use Skull Candy headphones and a Targus lapop mic, because I hate PC gamer headsets. Expensive and uncomfortable (as in hurt your hears, at least over time). Not worth it. If you're home and none are bothered by the noise, PC mic and your PC's speakers are the way to go.

There is a learning curve--mostly to be aware of personal accents or indistinct speech, but the software in Windows 10 learns. The microphone is compact, comfortable, easy to use, and packs nicely in the computer satchel. It was well worth the $20 and will be useful for a long time...

This unit picks up my voice very clearly works great with Google and windows 10 great price for a good product
