I bought it my son to use it for talking to his friends while playing game on his Dell Aurora PC. It works well and simple to install, just connect to a USB port. My son likes it and I am happy with the purchase.

The microphone set up easy and was identified easily by all of my OSs. The microphone was purchased to allow me to participate in conference calls. While there was superb audio clarity, the volume was too low, even at the highest setting. I was forced to remain 2-3 inches from the mic while speaking. This mic may be useful for people who speak loudly who are recording general information, but is useless for conference calls until the microphone reception is improved.

Sits much more comfortable next to my computer than I anticipated. The recording is clearly picked up and extra noises are weeded out when I have it pointed towards me. Great mic for the price!

I bought this mic for an older desk top running Vista so my niece could use the Rosetta Stone. I was worried about the driver as the computer is not connected to the internet, but it worked extremely well.

Works as advertised. Wish there was a led indicator light by the switch to let you know when it's ON.

I just want to do some voice commands, no major dictation or recordings. This mic works great for that. Yes you do have to limit background noise, but if you are doing something that is extremely important on a regular basis you should budget accordingly.

Very good inexpensive microphone. Need a mic in a pinch for a Zoom call. Attendees of the call said the speech was quality was very good.

It is great for a quick meeting and it is to easy hook up. Simple to use.

I have used several of these and they work with most Windows programs. Very reasonable pricing.

Seemed to work well when I got it. Everyone said I was clear. After using it for a short period of time, people were complaining of background noise. I would end up just going back to using the built in mic on my laptop. People said I sounded better without the external mic. Go figure... sent back for refund. Still haven’t received it yet.

Bought this to use with a music learning program, because internal mic on lap top wasn't sensitive enough for true feedback on program, works very well .

A bit tinny and there's a definite hum to it but I guess it's good enough for gaming.

the mouse works okay. problem is it picks up background noise even when it is suppose to dampen it.

If you need to add a external microphone this is the one you want
