I was not aware that I needed an additional cord of some kind to attach before using with my MacBook Air. Best Buy’s drive-up service was great. The product was plastic and I was unable to use it. I got rid of it. Hope someone else has better luck.

I tried it out and was very disappointed. No matter what I did or where I put it, the mic picked up a terrible buzz. There was virtually no ambient noise in the room. I immediately returned it to buy a Blue Yeti. I love my second choice. Don't waste your money if you want a quality recording.

Tracking says Best Buy shipped it but USPS says they are still waiting on delivery from Best Buy. However you had no problem processing the payment. I would still like to receive the product if it can be delivered in the next three days. If not how do I proceed to have the credit card payment removed?
