I use this mic primarily for Skype and in-game voice chatting, I'm told I come through crystal clear with minimal background noises. Accurately understands me with cortana on windows 10.

Installs easy, works good and the price was good. The stand is substantial and the mic adjusts up and down. Appears to be good quality.

I got my Insignia USB microphone, because when I was doing internet calls with my counterparts in Brazil, it was really difficult to hear them well when they were not very close to their computer. However, this product definitely improved the sound quality of our calls and made them much more productive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is because it is not a high end product.

I purchased this product because it is handy and small for use with my Amazon Alexa account. I love that it has an on-off switch.

You just plug it in and it’s ready to go. People can here me clearly when I’m in my zoom meetings. Very glad I purchased it.

I use it to record audio when recording videos on my computer desktop. The audio comes through clearly and can pick up sounds that are in the background a good distance away. Simply plug in the USB connection, turn the switch to "On" and it's ready to go. If just need a simple and basic microphone, I would highly recommend this product.

I needed a microphone for my desk top computer and the Insignia Microphone was recommend by one of the Best Buy associates. It's compact, easy to use and reasonably priced.

Purchased for distance learning. Headphones, especially wired ones, can be distracting, uncomfortable, and messy (wire). This microphone sits perfectly below his monitor and folds down far enough to not get in the way. It picked up his small voice (he’s 7) really well per the Zoom Test screen. We are settling into longterm online schooling and this setup looks like it will be perfect for him to more freely express himself and keep his desk less cluttered.

I bought this item in a hurry. It wasn't expensive so I thought I'll buy cheap now do some research and get a better one later. I'm happy with this model and don't know what a more expensive microphone will do. People and software understand me and I have had no complaints. I'm not buying a more expensive item.
