You guys were very very busy. I ask a question, your associate told me where the mdse I needed was. He finished with the other customers, came over to me, informed me the item I wanted was really not what I needed, gave me the correct item, I was on my way. The associate was correct and saved me a great deal of time and some money.

The item I purchased was fine. The curbside pickup was the bad part. There was no number to call on the sign, and when I called the store, I was put on hold. I had to get out of my car, and wave down one of the delivery people. There should be a number to call, and people who answer. Curbside should mean stay in your car.

Works fine on PC does not work on newer Macs even though it shows mac compatible on the box. Check your OSX version before buying this!

Does what it says it will do - allows you to connect an old VGA monitor to a USB port. I used a direct connection so I’m not sure this would work through a dock but it should. I do wish the cable was a little longer but it’s not that big of a deal. Build quality is good.

So far it has been doing what it should. Time will tell if it performs.

It works well and gets the job done. When trying to configure my docking station to a 3rd screen the options for connectivity were getting tricky, Luckily for me the Best Buy Rep was determined to find a fix and he did!

Love my adapter!! I'm an over-the-road truck driver with a small and old 28" TV wall-mounted. I needed an option to watch shows from my iPhone or iPad to watch Netflix and other shows on my TV. This worked perfect for the job.

works perfectly to help connect my laptop to a external monitor. I also provided one to my daughter to take to college. She is extremely happy to have the additional monitor as a laptop screen is too small

Needed this to allow 2 monitors for extending desktop. Had not other options with an older laptop with 1 HDMI and a couple of USB-A ports. Works great. Problem solved.

Bought two of these to plug old monitors into a surface laptop. Every so often the display port freezes and needs to be plugged back into the USB hub. However it works perfectly to create a multi monitor display.

Works great! Have had for years and continues to impress.

It serves the purpose to connect the two monitors. My concern is that it gets hot and for safety I feel I have to unplug it and allow it to cool down every couple hours.

Work well plugging it in and it took several seconds for hardware to config. Second screen appeared, and it was all good!

This adapter works for older computers, but it doesn’t work when connected to another HDMI to VGA adapter

I had to get rid of my desktop, but my monitor was in great shape. I have hooked it up to my laptop for a bigger screen.

This Insignia video adapter works well when adding a second display or if the video circuit fails in a PC or Laptop

Best Buy had the product I needed to extend displays from my Microsoft Surface which required a USB video Connection. Other competitors did not offer this solution.
